Responsibilities: To keep accurate records of goods inbound. Proactively manage all stock movement documentation, in line with agreed process and procedures. To update the systems with relevant data due to operational/pallet transactions. To liaise with customers, hauliers, and internal customers on all issues relating to the operation. Maintain WMS database and schedules with no effect to the service levels and stock integrity. To print out labels and manifests for goods inbound. To update the conformance spreadsheet as necessary. Complete weekly stock checks. Daily update Depot Query Log (DQL) and resolve queries. Attend DQL call if required and answer any queries arising from it. Support the Returns process and administration when required. To ensure all handling of finished products comply with Legislative, Company & Customer requirements. Escalate to the Warehouse Management Team any issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department, site, or relationship with the customer. To attend training courses when required. To comply with Quality, Health and Safety procedures and to ensure a safe working environment for self and others. Flexibility for Admin support when required of transport operations. Any other duties considered necessary to fulfil the role. Undertaking direct training of colleagues when required. Flexible working patterns will be required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed presentation skills. Confident and fully competent in the use of Microsoft office applications (e.g., Word/Excel/Outlook). Able to build rapport rapidly and effectively with internal and external colleagues. Some physical lifting and carrying required as part of this role. Desirable Warehouse experience within a supply chain environment.
