What the Job Involves In your role as an Administrator/Note Taker, you'll report to a Team Leader, delivering customer-focused, efficient administrative service aligned with team needs and service goals. You will skillfully perform an array of administrative duties, including note-taking in complex, often sensitive or confidential meetings, arranging large-scale meetings and events, coordinating panels, preparing reports and agendas, and ensuring council IT systems are updated to aid service delivery. You'll be responsible for communicating and collaborating effectively with team members, producing precise meeting notes and reports, handling financial data methodically, and maintaining both computerized and manual records. Additionally, you'll manage purchase orders and invoices, handle sensitive information with care, respond to everyday queries independently, and manage complex issues under guidance. The role is part-time, initially a 3-month assignment with a possibility of extension, on-site in Horsham during morning hours.
