Due to continued growth and recent new contracts, they are looking to add to our already brilliant team and recruit a Project Coordinator.
-35 hours per week
-Monday- Friday 8am- 4pm or 9am- 5pm
-Office based in Mallusk

The Project Coordinator is an integral part of the team. This role requires an individual to be able to multitask and prioritise work load due to the nature of this busy role. This role will be based in Newry.
Summary of Duties:
4. To receive incoming calls and record/manage these efficiently to the required job standard.
5. Providing support to clients by telephone and email
6. Logging and assigning response maintenance calls promptly and efficiently
7. Processing operatives paperwork and closing calls to submit for payment
8. Responding within agreed time frames, service levels and contract terms to ensure that work orders are met
9. Routine administrative tasks
10. Early escalation of any issues or concerns to line manager/ client
11. To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required
12. To understand and comply with policies and procedures
13. Support with applications and certificates from various authorities/clients
14. To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
15. Adhere to the Data Protection Act
16. Scheduling out daily runs for multiple operatives
17. Organising the materials for operatives, dealing with suppliers and sub-contractors.
18. Remain professional and adhere to confidentiality at all times
19. Calculate engineer performance and bonuses
Person specification:
20. 1 years experience in an office environment
21. 5 GCSE’s to include English and Maths
22. Fluent Microsoft Office Experience
23. Proactive and can work independently with limited supervision
24. Strong customer focus and professional at all times
25. Demonstrate high levels of organisational skills
26. Excellent communication skills
27. Ability to work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships, communicating formally and informally with colleagues and customers.
