Job Description
A hugely exciting, career building opportunity has arisen to join a real mover and shaker in the executive search industry. The company is relatively new but has already proved to be incredibly successful to the extent that they are in the process of expanding to New York. As the business is rapidly growing, there is the opportunity to run, learn and genuinely grow at the company. This is a newly created role that is put in place to support the Managing Partner and two directors. This role will work closely with the chief of staff and she will act as a mentor.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Diary management – scheduling meetings and appointments.
2. Inbox management – flag, monitor and responding where appropriate.
3. Meeting management - scheduling, preparing rooms and documentation, taking minutes and following up on any action points.
4. Acting as the point of contact.
5. Managing logistics for all national and international travel arrangements, including visas and any necessary paperwork.
6. Compiling itineraries and agendas.
7. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
8. Hospitality and event management.
9. Ad hoc research and team support.
10. Ad hoc private assistance and liaison.
