Lettings Coordinator / Administrator Location: Birmingham Job Type: Full-time Basic Salary: £28,000 £2,000 Commission Key Responsibilities Processing tenancy applications and preparing tenancy agreements Coordinating inventories, EPCs, gas safety certificates, and other legal documentation Overseeing the front office: greeting clients and managing phone and email enquiries Controlling the office diary and scheduling appointments Registering potential tenants and arranging viewings for the Lettings Negotiator Liaising with landlords and contractors to ensure properties are tenancy-ready ♀️ The Ideal Candidate 1 year experience in Lettings or Estate Agency (required) Front-of-house or customer-facing background Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office) Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised and capable of multitasking Committed to delivering top-tier customer service Professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented ⏰ Schedule Day shift In-person role
