Come and join Sanofi as a Customer Engagement Lead within General Medicines! The ‘Heros’ Customer Engagement Lead will be part of a team of 3, each focused on a specific GTM strategy (combined customer+content segment). This dual-purpose Heros role will stretch from strategy through to execution, and drive marketing and omnichannel excellence across General Medicines. The Hero business objective is to maintain the level of growth of the segment while also supporting the Hub segment lead with some of the campaigns.
Main responsibilities:
* This role is the “Heros” customer engagement lead, 1 of 3 each focused on a combined content+customer segment:
o Heros: one-off, high-investment, WOW factor content which comes out a few times a year.
o Hub: frequent, regular push and reliably useful content.
o Hygiene: always-on, on-demand basic content.
* Be a business owner responsible for managing a part of the CMB Portfolio P&L.
* Focus execution resources in-line with glocal strategy and deliver maximum impact for customers and patients.
* Own the downstream marketing plan (IGP) and deliver the omnichannel customer journey for the Heros customer+content segment.
* Deliver the right quality and quantity of content to support the Heros customer+content segment.
* Drive the strategy-execution-outcome feedback cycle in the agile team by championing performance management and learning.
* Project lead any key Heros segment project/content/event, and own the customer journey for these end-to-end.
* Coordinate and play a triage role between field and medical HQ with regards to strategic partnerships.
* Enter the field (with CES/medical) to learn/listen or execute co-creation at least 1X per month.
