Job Title: Assistant Depot Manager
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000

Join a leading national company specialising in Plant and Powered Access hire. Our client, renowned for their exceptional service and extensive fleet, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Depot Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle hire enquiries via telephone, email, and online ordering system.
2. Monitor and update machine availability statuses in the system.
3. Work closely with engineering and transport teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of equipment.
4. Serve as a friendly and helpful point of contact for depot enquiries, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and customers.
5. Work closely alongside the depot manager, being the main point of contact.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Prior experience as a Senior Hire Desk Controller or Depot Manager in Plant, Powered Access, Tool, Lifting Equipment or Material Handling industries.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
