Job Title: Tutor with SEN Experience Location: England, Greater London, Richmond Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: The Tutor with SEN Experience will be responsible for providing tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Duties include creating individualised learning plans, delivering engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and adapting teaching methods to suit each student's requirements. Required Qualifications: A relevant teaching qualification and experience working with SEN students are essential. Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy are also required. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Tutor with SEN students. Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated understanding of SEN teaching methods, ability to differentiate instruction, proficiency in assessing individual learning needs, and familiarity with SEN support strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN) is desirable. Working Conditions: The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The Tutor will primarily work in educational settings, providing support to SEN students in Richmond, Greater London. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate students' schedules.
