Key Responsibilities ·Oversee the commercial management of projects from inception to completion, ensuring profitability and compliance with company objectives. ·Lead the preparation and negotiation of contracts, managing risks, and optimising value. ·Support and guide the project delivery teams with budget control, forecasting, and financial reporting. ·Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and cost efficiency. ·Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. ·Monitor industry trends, ensuring the company remains competitive in the renewables market. ·Contribute to business development strategies, leveraging commercial insights to drive growth. About You ·A minimum of 5 years in project Quantity Surveying roles, followed by experience as a Commercial Manager. ·Strong understanding of QS principles and project management within the renewables, infrastructure, or construction sectors. ·Familiarity with ground source heat technology or similar renewable systems is advantageous. ·Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. ·A self-motivated individual with a collaborative approach and a passion for sustainability.
