You’ll help us to get the balance right – not least so we can continue investing in an airport that leads the world. **Job Description**The Product Owner – Digital Platforms will collaborate with a Senior Product Manager to enhance Heathrow's digital offerings, such as Heathrow.com, the mobile app, digital maps, and the API portal. The role focuses on increasing revenue and improving consumer experience through product roadmaps. It involves influencing the Heathrow Commercial eCommerce Strategy by leveraging research, insights, and understanding industry trends.**Your role will involve*** Leading delivery teams, including Delivery Managers, Designers, Developers, and Testers, to ensure the successful execution of the prioritised backlog, while continually collaborating with the team to optimise the delivery process.* Delivering innovative digital experiences to a global audience annually and driving content to enhance conversion rates and revenue.* Communicating with and influencing third-party stakeholders and the wider Heathrow business to comprehend a broad range of digital concepts such as search engine optimisation, analytics, content, marketing, personalisation, usability, compliance, etc.* Maintaining composure and confidence in a frequently changing environment, adjusting delivery priorities to maintain focus on fulfilling the Product Vision.* Refining and prioritising product backlogs to meet objectives and deliver value to Heathrow promptly and efficiently. This should be driven by data and focused on enhancing the performance of current products.* Possessing experience in end-to-end website development with an emphasis on mobile platforms. Establishing a culture of testing and optimisation prior to development and driving measurement and return on investment. Experienced in online payments.**These skills are essential*** A strong background in a digital, customer-facing, environment as a Product Owner* Mobile app development experience with iOS and Android* Experience in Digital Transformation programmes.* Demonstrable experience of working with Agile teams.* Practical experience with Agile tools such as Azure Devops or JIRA/Confluence* Proven knowledge of search engine optimisation* Experience in Adobe, Azure and Salesforce SaaS applications is an advantage.* Additional certifications as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master or other digitally relevant roles would be an advantage* API product experience will be an advantageThere’s something so special about working at the world’s most iconic airport.
