You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external counsel, shaping the legal framework for our growing organization. What you’ll be doing: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements). Provide legal expertise for corporate restructuring, partnerships, and strategic negotiations. Oversee corporate governance and compliance across jurisdictions, including the UK, EU, and Switzerland. Ensure compliance with cryptocurrency regulations, including MiCA. Monitor and advise on regulatory developments impacting blockchain and cryptocurrency. Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and complex legal matters. Develop compliance programs and internal policies to maintain regulatory standards. What makes you the perfect fit: You’re a qualified solicitor (UK) or equivalent with 5–7 years PQE in corporate/commercial law. You’ve got experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or the technology sector. You understand crypto regulations and global compliance frameworks like the back of your hand.
