What You’ll Be Doing As the Lead Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll: Lead high-impact digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid search, paid social, email marketing, content, and more. Mentor and support a talented team of digital marketing strategists—coaching them, championing their development, and creating an environment where they can do their best work. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored strategies that align with client objectives and generate measurable impact. Track and optimise campaign performance using data to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with clients to provide actionable insights, improve their digital strategies, and enhance their results. Stay ahead of industry trends by leveraging emerging technologies. Drive change through experimentation with innovative digital marketing approaches to ensure Rawnet remains a leader in cutting-edge digital solutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative strategy team and work closely with specialists across UX, design, development, and project management to deliver client value. About You You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a goal-oriented professional with: ✅ Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, and leading a team of Marketing professionals. A strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, from market insight and proposition development through to multichannel execution. Excellent communication skills —able to collaborate with clients and internal teams, and lead strategic discussions. Proven expertise in SEO, paid media, email marketing, content strategies, and analytics tools. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, ahrefs, and Supermetrics. A track record of success in delivering measurable results, building strong client relationships, and providing leadership and mentorship to guide your team towards growth and success.
