• Proven experience as an HLTA or similar role in a primary school setting.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., HLTA status or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum across KS1 and KS2.
• Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Leading small group interventions and supporting individual students.
• Assisting with planning and assessment to ensure all students make progress.
• Covering classes when the teacher is absent, ensuring a smooth continuation of learning.
