Job summary Due to upcoming maternity leave an exciting full-time opportunity has become available for a 9 month secondment within the PERT team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-standards of care and is interested in Respiratory medicine. Previous respiratory experience and qualifications are preferred however we would consider appointing a Band 5 who wishes to broaden their respiratory knowledge. We are a team consisting of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Physiotherapists and Advanced Support Workers. The PERT team deliver the Respiratory Virtual Ward across Wakefield North Kirklees and provide a Home Ventilation Service. We provide an in-reach service within the Trust and care for patient's both in the hospital and their own homes. Our service operates 7 days per week 08:00-20:00.
