Sales Support Administrator
Location: Southampton (one or two days a week)
Salary: £32,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client is the asset finance subsidiary of a niche banking group and specialises in the provision of asset finance and lending facilities for the truck, trailer, bus, coach and specialist vehicles sectors.
As they continue to execute their plan for ambitious growth, they are keen to appoint a Sales Support Administrator.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing business from proposal to payout
2. Answering Broker queries via email or over the phone
3. Assisting Broker Development Managers/Sales reps with progressing deals to payout
4. Helping structure complicated deals
5. Conducting KYC checks on our customers
6. Meeting funding requirements
7. Running quotes for Brokers
8. Raising relevant documents as per credit conditions on any given deal
9. Working with a number of departments, i.e., Underwriting, governance, payouts, and finance to help progress a deal
10. Relationship building – we work closely with BDM and Brokers, and it’s important to build good relationships with our Brokers. We want to be the ones they call whenever they need us.
