Great that you're thinking about a career with BSI Role: Client Support Advisor Location: Milton Keynes - hybrid Contract: Full-time, permanent About the role: As a Client Support Advisor, you will engage with both new and existing clients from multiple industry sectors by telephone and e-mail. You will provide proactive and consultative support to clients who have queries relating to our products and/or services. This is an extremely varied and challenging role which can include; general information requests, technical enquiries, assessment changes, contact information changes to certification queries as well as, liaising with those who are at risk or those who have shown dissatisfaction with our services. Additional responsibilities include: Responding to general enquiries from clients, general public and field-based colleagues. Take appropriate action(s) to investigate and solve queries, find resolutions at first point of contact and maximise client retention. P rompt and accurate completion of all administrative tasks and planning activities. Working toward both individual and team targets to achieve results. To be successful in the role, you will have: Previous experience in customer centric roles where the customer experience has been your priority. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail. Competent in using IT systems and software. Previous experience in a telephony based role would be an advantage.
