About the Department
We are looking for someone who is passionate about inspiring and coaching teams to achieve critical business outcomes and deliverables. Taking ownership and accountability with delivery focus, building and leading high performing teams while driving change throughout the department.

What you'll be doing
As a Delivery Lead, you will:
* Drive the on-time delivery of project outcomes.
* Effectively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to ensure timely mitigation and resolution.
* Maintain healthy backlogs through discovery, refinement, and team coaching.
* Provide clear communication and regular progress updates.
* Continuously improve planning and predictability through forecasting using empirical data and charts like Burn Up and Burn Down.
* Build and manage strong, collaborative relationships with both business stakeholders and third parties, ensuring clear agreements and effective collaboration.
* Develop and implement improvement plans for teams.
What we'll look for in you
* Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or Scrum Master, with a strong track record in delivering complex projects.
* Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, particularly within software development.
* Experience in an e-commerce retail environment.
* A proactive approach with the ability to integrate quickly and deliver results.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and facilitate team growth.
* The ability to foster trust, promote self-management, and encourage cross-functional collaboration within teams.
* A deep understanding of agile frameworks and best practices, effectively applied in fast-paced environments.

You will be passionate about delivering high quality end to end outcomes with a focus on value for our customers. You will utilise your experience as a seasoned Delivery person to implement methods best suited to the complex business opportunities at all levels. You will have an approach of small incremental improvements over big bang.
You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure that you are a close team working together with high levels of communication. A close relationship will be needed to ensure that you are all aware of the budgets, value and when we will deliver.

From time to time, we work with 3rd parties. You will need to build up a lasting mutual relationship. You’ll be able to challenge and develop ways of working to ensure that Dunelm and the 3rd parties are operating in a harmonious partnership.
