We have a very exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge to join our trauma and orthopaedic Ward Senior nursing team.
This senior nursing team would welcome applications from individuals who feel they can meet the demands and needs of this specialist area.
Ward 226 cares for trauma and spinal patients who have complex conditions and needs that are undergoing significant trauma and surgery and require specialist skills and knowledge to aid and maximise their recovery.
The successful applicant will have good communication skills and should have at least 18 months experience of working in an acute hospital within a trauma and orthopaedics setting. We are looking for a committed team player who has high standards and is passionate about improving the patient experience. You will play a key role in supporting the Ward Manager and the Senior Staff Nursing team.
