Description The Temporary Accounts Assistant based in St. Albans will be responsible for: Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Create and update expense reports Process reimbursement forms Prepare bank deposits Enter financial transactions into internal databases Check spreadsheets for accuracy Maintain digital and physical financial records Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed Review and file payroll documents Participate in quarterly and annual audits Profile The successful Temporary Accounts Assistant will have: Immediately available or at 1 week notice Open to an hourly rate in the region of 25k-35k Open to office based at the beginning with possibility of hybrid in longer term Strong accounts assistant experience Open to working in the pharmaceuticals industry Job Offer The successful Temporary Accounts Assistant will be offered: St Albans based office Friendly and welcoming culture Competitive salary Temporary position Free Parking
