Job Title: External Sales Consultant
Location: Preston
Remuneration: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to generate new leads and convert unconverted quotes into sales.
Promote and sell our products effectively, showcasing your knowledge and passion for the textiles industry.
Prepare daily work and reports to track progress and success.
Manage inbound telemarketing calls, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.
Process internet visit requests, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Work independently while collaborating with the team to drive sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven background in sales with a confident telephone manner.
Enthusiastic, committed, and flexible approach to work.
Ability to work on your own initiative, while also being a team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong keyboard skills.
