About the Role:
Training Coordinator is a key support role for the Baileys Mallusk management team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and development at Baileys Mallusk and will champion training as a strategic imperative for the business, as well as supporting a continuous learning culture.
You will enable engaged learners, effortless learning, whilst supporting career development and drive insights by sing data to accelerate learning. You will also create and deliver leading edge content and solutions.
Key responsibilities for this role are;
1. Supporting and providing guidance to managers and employees in developing and delivering training and competency requirements
2. Conducting TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and identifying training opportunities by consulting with relevant stakeholders to identify training and competence requirements.
3. Using outcomes of TNAs to develop training solutions and to lead and deliver the Training Capability Roadmap (CRM)
4. Maintaining awareness of corporate training needs and where this may affect the Company Strategy, advise management of any required changes to existing procedures, processes etc
5. Delivering training courses, programmes, and events in line with legal and Diageo requirements and Business Conduct Guidelines.
6. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and revising/updating training content and strategies as required.
7. Employee training performance updates at key site meetings and managing training records, ensuring they are properly completed, archived and available for audit as required.
To be successful in this role, you should have;
8. Minimum CIPD qualification or an HND in a business-related subject or relevant experience
9. Experience in a training or HR role.
10. Excellent organisation, basic project management, communications and problem-solving skills
