About the role
As a Portfolio Systems and Data Manager at our Nottingham site, your role will involve maintaining the systems and data processes used in Supply Technical to ensure seamless portfolio and project management. Furthermore, you will support the Technical Governance Forums through collaboration and organisation.
Your responsibilities
* Support global sites in data and project management
* Manage multiple IT systems and data collection processes to ensure seamless execution of portfolio and project management
* Lead training sessions and manage system access for users
* Troubleshoot issues and resolve data and system faults
* Ensure systems are robust and future proof whilst allowing the systems to evolve to meet the changing demands of the organisation
* Support the governance forums through collaboration and organisation
The experience we're looking for
* Proficiency in Microsoft systems is essential.
* Experience with AI and advanced analytics.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and sharing skills.
* Proven track record of working cross-functionally and within global teams.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to motivate, train, and guide others.
* Attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective
* Degree calibre
* IT systems training preferred, not essential
