We're searching for a talented Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to join our team!
About The Columbo Group:
The Columbo Group is a dynamic hospitality collective operating nine high-profile venues across London, including Jazz Cafe, The Blues Kitchens, Phonox, The Parakeet, and more. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine and emergency maintenance work across a variety of trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
* Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities are operating safely and efficiently.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with venue management and team members to prioritize and address maintenance requests.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies.
* Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance, preferably within the hospitality or facilities management sector.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and management.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance trades will be an advantage.
Working Hours:
* 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
* One weekend per month on call
