Inventory Coordinator
Location: Rugby, Full-Time, Permanent (8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, 3 days on site, 2 days from home)

That’s where our HUK Inventory Team comes in. We’re the driving force behind forecasting, replenishment, and cost-effective stock management, keeping our business on track and our customers happy.
As part of this dynamic team, you’ll own and manage a portfolio of supplier partners, ensuring seamless service for both internal and external customers. By strategically planning stock levels and collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams, you’ll not only hit service level targets—you’ll exceed them.
Relationships matter. You’ll work closely with our strategic supplier partners, building long-term plans and efficiency programs that drive shared success.
And as a brand ambassador, you’ll represent Häfele both within the business and across the industry, strengthening our reputation and influence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Forecasting
- Product ‘On-shelf Availability’
- Stock Turn
- Excess Stock Management

This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact right from the start. It is full time, permanent, core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
