We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our Corporate team!
We seek an individual who is hard-working, focused on delivering tangible results, and displays a desire to be an integral part of the growth of the team.
Previous legal experience is essential for this role, ideally from a Corporate background.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing and reviewing board minutes.
* Dealing with security registrations and releases.
* Drafting and reviewing short form loan agreements.
* Responsible for general CP management (including picking up closing searches and corporate due diligence).
* Drafting post-transaction wrap-up reports.
