The Role: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Flexible – UK / Europe
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 pa + package

Our client is at the top of their game and is a trusted partner to exceptional Food and Beverage / Hospitality businesses that stand out from the crowd thanks to their beautiful, design-led sites.
The Senior Interior Designer will be part a crucial part of a team who are based in Europe and will be responsible for overseeing the design and supervision of interior spaces, collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements. This role involves developing innovative design concepts, managing project timelines and budgets, and leading a team of project designers while coordinating with project stakeholders.
The Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager will lead the creative process, to achieving award winning designs through innovation and unique creations. The Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager will hand over the development of detailed technical drawings to our REVIT/BIM team and remain involved as a concept guardian.
By staying updated on industry trends, this position ensures that each project not only meets client expectations but also reflects contemporary design standards.
You will have extensive experience designing beautiful interiors at luxury level across F&B led businesses and be adept at leading multi-national teams both on site, and remotely. You will also have lots of energy and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, client facing environment.
CORE skills:
• High-end F&B design experience – Ideally 10 years+
• Experience in managing a multi-cultural team in Revit and BIM
• Strong in creative, narrative design
• Incredible attention to detail
• Proven success in Concept Design
• Strong project management skills
• Experience / capable to restructure, hire and train a team of 10-20 individuals within the next year or two
• Experience with GCC
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture (preferred)
• Starting in January 2025
