We are working with a multi-million pound agency that already has a footprint in the print management sector, but has ambitious plans to expand further in the market place. With a turnover in excess of £250m, this client has a phenomenal balance sheet and eye-watering financial performance, which will give any potential client incredible confidence.
We are looking for candidates with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads in print or print management to take this opportunity by the horns. The successful candidate will have the scope for taking ownership of the management of the sales functions of the division, and building not only a strong client base, but also, in due course, a successful team around you.
This multi-layered role will be responsible for driving this business, expanding the presence of the company and increasing its revenue through the identification and development of new business opportunities. Our client is looking for someone with experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions, to guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.
Outstanding communication skills are key, to build solid relationships with customers and vendors, as well as building a sales team. This role requires someone who can tap into their vast knowledge and expertise, to understand a range of clients' marketing demands across all channels to help implement solutions that support their needs to efficiently manage and control budgets and creative strategy.
This is an agency passionate about using its buying power and global infrastructure to ensure the supply of print at very competitive prices while still exploring innovative solutions and materials to enhance product quality.
Until this point, all business gained has been through existing clients, so this will be the first proactive sales role within the company. The first one to two years in this role will be dedicated to selling, so we need someone who is hands-on.
