Graduate Intervention Coach – The Role:
9. Work alongside a talented and supportive inclusion department
10. Develop teaching techniques and communication skills
11. Lead 1:1 / small group intervention sessions
12. Monitor student progress
13. Support pupils with a range of academic abilities
14. Take on feedback to continually improve your practice
Graduate Intervention Coach – Person Specification:
15. 2:1 or First Class degree – academic subjects preferred
16. Excellent organisation and communication skills
17. Previous work with children is desirable
18. Supportive and inspiring personality
19. Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
