The role Reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the team, responsible for all cost and commercial aspects of a programme, ensuring that all performance targets are met, if not exceeded. Other duties include: Leading and managing the project's commercial team with values up to £50m. Motivating, mentoring and coaching the team to achieve their best Leading the development and maintenance of accurate project cost plans and cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle Managing all change control for the project (and associated smaller projects where required) Leading the management of the project budget, ensuring value for money and validation of costs Taking control of the close-out of all contracts within the project, including the development and implementation of project close-out plan(s) What are we looking for? The live environment at London Gatwick requires all our teams to have a flexible and adaptable approach, problem solving skills and an innovative outlook. Involved in diverse projects from inception to completion whilst working alongside multiple internal and externalstakeholders.
