About the role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our client integration projects. As the primary liaison between our technical teams and clients, you'll ensure successful implementation of our solutions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
What you'll do
* Manage full lifecycle of client integration projects from requirements gathering to successful deployment
* Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
* Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
* Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and client stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project timelines
* Document technical requirements and translate them for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Provide regular status updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders
Skills and experience valued in the role
* 3+ years of experience managing technical integration projects Strong technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architectures
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and integration methodologies
* Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
* Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate technical challenges
* Client-facing experience with strong relationship management skills
Nice to have
* PMP or other project management certification
* Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
