Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Using HubSpot, you will engage with leads through email and phone calls, guiding them through the sales funnel and setting up our senior sales team for success.
Prospecting & Outreach : Engage with potential clients through email and phone calls, understanding their needs and how Hummingbird can help them achieve their goals.
Booking Calls : Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings between potential clients and our senior sales team.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless handover of leads to the senior sales team.
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a sales or sales development role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
CRM Proficiency : Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system to manage leads and track sales activity.
Team Player : Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, with a willingness to contribute ideas and support colleagues.
