We are looking to recruit a student behaviour administrator who will join our Inclusion Team, you will be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise your workload, have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and ensure that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and within team is key to supporting our students. This is an administrative role and you will support the Senior Leadership Team and inclusion team in managing the behaviour of our students via the Academies Policies and Procedures. You will be required to log, track and analyse the data to provide reports from our on-line system, experience of these tasks will be a benefit. You will also coordinate positive behaviour management and praise, the reflection room and effectively support our students who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning in order to develop their potential.
