We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to join our team at Orona Ltd on a 10 month FTC (Maternity Cover). Reporting to the HR Director, you will take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of vacancies within a specific business region, working alongside hiring managers to identify and source quality candidates using a variety of methods. Responsibilities include: Promote the Company’s reputation and the Orona Values Undertake initial role briefing meetings and attend weekly recruitment activity update calls/meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and devise the best strategy for each region Proactively find and engage high-quality, diverse candidates directly from various channels Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards etc Direct approach suitable candidates Shortlist (CV review and telephone interview) and endorse candidates for open and projected job positions Build a pipeline for future hiring needs Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates and recruiting managers ensuring all parties receive regular updates throughout the process Manage the offer process and all associated administration Provide candidate feedback Support the wider HR team with onboarding activities Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment activity records Deliver recruitment training Manage recruitment projects and campaigns Support with HR projects and initiatives Evaluate recruitment effectiveness through feedback, evaluations and monthly KPI reporting Requirements and skills: Proven experience as an inhouse recruiter Strong experience in sourcing and attracting candidates using different methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Careers Fairs Proficient in MS Office Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen Strong internal stakeholder management skills Industry experience would be highly desirable, but not essential Experience of hiring field and office based employees
