Mason Blake are working on behalf of a global boutique investment management house in their search for an Institutional Marketing Manager.
Working closely alongside the Head of Marketing, the Institutional Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
1. Support and execute integrated marketing plans for the institutional sales channel across core markets in the EMEA region
2. Work across marketing, sales, product and investment teams on the development, production and timely delivery of marketing materials, product campaigns, content and thought leadership
3. Customize content and campaigns including emails, content and web page segmentation strategy
4. Quarterly marketing material updates (automate, streamline and improve current processes)
5. Manage the delivery of high-quality events aligned with the EMEA marketing strategy
6. Collaborate with global team to successfully execute global initiatives including website management, corporate responsibility, and the firm’s ESG positioning
The Institutional Marketing Manager will also need to meet the following qualifications:
1. 4-6 years’ experience in asset management, within a Marketing role
2. Proven experience having responsibility for the creation and execution of marketing materials, events and campaigns
3. Experience working across multiple asset classes (fixed income, multi-asset, equities, alternatives, and real estate)
4. Strong knowledge of working across EMEA targeting institutional investors
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels of seniority across the business
