The role involves managing a range of construction activities, including dismantling and demolition, groundworks, installing a floating steel floor, concrete infill, and overseeing the installation of Stelcon tiles. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project runs smoothly and on schedule. Supervising subcontractors (up to three on-site at a time) and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinating tasks related to both groundworks and internal fit-out. Communicating progress updates to stakeholders and maintaining site records. Ensuring compliance with strict operational and environmental standards. Candidate Requirements: CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, with a background in construction, groundworks and internal fit-out. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously. A professional approach to health and safety compliance. Local to Swindon or surrounding areas to align with carbon monitoring policies. Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
