The Head of Business Growth & Partnerships will lead the development and execution of high-value commercial relationships, focusing on long-term, bespoke partnerships with key organisations. This role requires significant experience in securing large commercial deals and you will have the opportunity to build a new internal division, working closely with senior leadership and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a strategy for driving significant revenue growth through partnerships.
2. Identify and secure partnerships with organisations in sectors such as banking, finance, technology, and luxury brands.
3. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
4. Build and lead a team to support partnership initiatives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
6. Represent the company at industry events and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience:
1. 10+ years in commercial partnerships, business development, or sponsorship sales, ideally in media or high-growth environments.
2. Proven success in securing high-value partnerships (£250K+ annual deals).
3. Strong network with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
4. Creative, strategic, and commercial mindset with excellent relationship management skills.
5. Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
