Work closely with project teams to gather necessary information for bids and proposals. Analyse client requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Create clear, concise, and compelling proposals that reflect Henriksens tone and visual identity and ensure compliance with client guidelines. Maintain a library of bid content and templates for efficiency and consistency. Support pipeline tracking and bid/no-bid decision-making Identify and track new business opportunities through research and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Monitor the outcomes of bids and proposals, providing detailed feedback and implementing improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Attend regional / national / international conferences and industry events as required. Your Profile A natural organiser with strong writing and editing skills Confident managing multiple deadlines and coordinating input from busy teams Collaborative, curious, and commercially aware you understand how design, delivery, and relationships win work Able to take ownership of processes and shape them as we grow A clear communicator who brings energy, structure, and positivity to a team. Preferred Skills & Experience Proven experience in bid management or a related role, ideally within an engineering, architecture, or sustainability business environment. Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional organisational and project management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite Solid understanding of the bidding process and client engagement strategies. Experience working in a small or fast-paced team, with the confidence to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
