The Role:
We are seeking passionate and innovative Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineering Graduate, you would join our 60 strong electrical engineering team based in Leatherhead, Surrey. You would be working on energy security and energy transition projects with an increasing focus on designing provision of sustainable electrical power for the electrical distribution systems in facilities focussed on plastics recycling, LNG, Ammonia, Hydrogen production, Refineries and oil / gas processing plants. You would be joining a group which includes apprentices and graduates through to principal engineers and experienced designers. The projects range from 1MW through to 500MW at voltages from 230V ac to 380kV ac depending on the type of installation.
* Based at our office in Leatherhead, Surrey and become part of our electrical engineering team, this will involve working on and contributing to different projects in various stages.
* Helping design electrical systems at various stages of projects from concept definition right through to detailed design and supporting construction and commissioning phases.
* Different rotations will allow you to develop your skills and provide you with a wide range experience and could provide you with the opportunity to work abroad at one of our other offices in locations like Baku and Chennai.
* Site based rotations available to further enhance knowledge, skills and experience.

What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s preferred but not essential)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovative engineering solutions
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
* Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction or Visa sponsorship.
