We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to step into classrooms across KS3 & KS4, ensuring students remain engaged and focused while their regular teacher is absent. Your Role: ✅ Supervise pre-set lessons and maintain a positive learning environment. ✅ Engage & support students, answering questions and ensuring tasks are completed. ✅ Manage classroom behaviour, keeping students on track. ✅ Work closely with teaching staff to support learning objectives. ✅ Ensure work is collected & returned to the appropriate teacher. ✅ Follow school policies on safeguarding, behaviour management, and emergencies. Strong communication & behaviour management skills. Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). EWC registration (Teaching Personnel can assist with this).
