About The Role
As a Support Worker at Orbis Education and Care, you will play a vital role in providing specialist care and education services for children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the physical and emotional needs of our individuals are met through a supportive and caring environment.
* Support our people during recreational activities, outings, and community integration.
* Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our individuals, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
* Work together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
* Keep accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents.
* Contribute to general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
