We are now recruiting No7 Advisor for our Limerick Crescent store. We are looking for candidates to join us from 19th November onwards and who can be flexible to meet our customers’ needs. Your basic hours will be 21.5 per week, and your days of work will be 3 days across the Company's working days of Monday to Sunday, together with such additional hours as may be required to meet the needs of the business. Your hours and days of work are variable based on business needs and operational requirements and such variability will be communicated to you in advance. You will cover AM, PM, Evenings, Weekend shifts between the hours of 9am and 9pm which will include weekends. The exact shift patterns will be discussed at interview stage but please note shifts are for full day's e.g. from 9am to 6pm and you must be able to work 21.5 hours per week.

About the role
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
2. Provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, make up and beauty products.
3. Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our No7 offers and in store promotions.
4. Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme.
5. Share knowledge and tips with your wider store team, creating a vibrant and supportive working environment.
6. Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of No 7 skincare and beauty products.
