Job Description
* Ensure that all responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all times
* Interact with all guests – take orders, make beverages, etc.
* Greet guests
* Ensure service standards are met
* Ensure that approved service sequences and standards are maintained at all times
* Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are carried out to an acceptable standard
* Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames
* Participate in scheduled training and development programs provided by Accor
* Abide by the Accor policies in relation to equal employment opportunity and harassment in the workplace
* Create a culture of inclusion and diversity allowing all team members to feel welcome and feel valued
Qualifications
* Previous barista experience in a hospitality environment
* RSA is desirable
* Be a team player and pride yourself on your ability to deliver outstanding customer service
* Have strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn
* An ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
* Strong focus and passion for airport operations
