Position: Administrator
Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Rate: £12.50 - £15 per hour, depending on experience
Type: Temporary (immediately available) with the possibility to go permanent for the right candidate
We are excited to announce that our client is seeking a skilled and highly organised Administrator to join their team in Washington, Pulborough. Due to the location of the position, you must have access to your own transport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking flights and travel arrangements
* Scheduling and booking meetings
* Managing diaries and calendar coordination
* Performing general administrative duties
* Providing personal assistant (PA) support as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* You must have access to your own transport due to the location
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
