SLC have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in our Messaging and Collaboration team. In this role, you will be managing and maintaining the on-premise HCL Notes/Domino estate which includes servers, workstations, mail routing, and applications but also support of Microsoft 365 services – e.g. Entra/Azure AD, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform. You will also be responsible for implementing SLC’s roadmap for these technologies and services, and maintaining coexistence between the two. What you bring: A solid educational background in a computer-related discipline or substantial relevant experience in ICT, along with a track record of supporting and administering critical messaging and collaboration technologies. Extensive experience with HCL Notes/Domino and Microsoft 365, including strong skills in LotusScript and PowerShell. In-depth understanding of system architectures, network and virtualisation technologies, and comprehensive knowledge of release, configuration, and change management processes. Exceptional ability in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking, with a focus on conceptual and lateral thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and proven effectiveness in team collaboration and customer orientation.
