The Asset Manager - Systems is a brand-new role for Facilities Maintenance and Compliance, within the Estates and Facilities Directorate. The role will provide a fantastic opportunity to become a lead superuser of the Estates computer-aided facilities management system. This role will be instrumental in mobilising and implementing the system, as well as leading the team on supporting all system activities on a day-to-day basis and supports the Head of Asset Management within the service.
We are seeking a data-driven CAFM expert who is passionate about optimising operations and ready to lead a team to revolutionise the university’s new system. You will lead on configuration, manage, and optimise the system for peak performance while providing support for other users.
Thes successful candidate will preferably be educated to degree level or demonstrate considerable experience of leading a CAFM system. They will have extensive experience in system configuration, designing, building, and maintaining dashboards, interfaces, producing bespoke reports and will empower a team to excel in customer service excellence.
