What you will do:
* Play a key role in providing tailored support to pupils with special educational needs throughout all aspects of the school day
* Work with pupils both individually and in small groups supporting them to overcome barriers to learning, delivering teaching, providing positive behaviour support and delivering other focused interventions.
* Work as part of a class team, under the direction of the class teacher and trans-disciplinary colleagues, to deliver effective and appropriate teaching, learning and behaviour support in all areas of school life
* Monitor and track progress, providing regular feedback as needed
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Experience of supporting children and young people with complex needs, or transferrable skills from similar fields
* A strong level of resilience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
