As a Payroll and Benefits specialist, you will be in charge of administering payroll and benefits for the company's EMEA region. You are responsible for ensuring pay and benefits are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with local laws and regulations. As the teams Payroll Specialist, you will be resolving escalated queries and approving payroll submissions and payments. What are the key tasks involved in this Payroll and Benefits Specialist role? Payroll Processing End-to-end payroll process and workflow for multiple countries. You will be working with in-house payroll teams and payroll providers for processing and working with stakeholders to ensure relevant information is collected to process payroll and taxes correctly. You will also manage the monthly payment process with Payroll Providers and Accounts Payable and will be acting as the main point of contact for EMEA employees with queries on payroll or benefits. Benefits Management You will be ensuring Pensions and Benefits is updated with Providers for starters, leavers and will be running the UK annual enrolment benefits process. As the main point of contact for the Benefits brokers, you will be working with them on employee communications, renewals, queries. Reward Management You will be working with the external Compensation Consultancy to obtain and update salary benchmark data and annual review modelling. This will include data input for budget planning, the creation of costs models, and being the owner of job catalogue and grading information. HR Reporting Specialist You will be the HR team's reporting specialist and will be responsible for producing regular and ad-hoc reports from the HR and payroll system. What skills and experience do you require to be considered for this Payroll and Benefits Specialist role? You must have relevant HR, payroll processing, and administration experience.
