Job Description
As the Market Leader for Europe, you will spearhead Company’s growth in this key geography by driving sales, deepening client relationships and expanding the company’s presence across industries. This role is responsible for overseeing business development, revenue growth, and the execution of digital transformation strategies for Europe and UK clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic leadership skills, an ability to foster key client relationships, and a proven track record in driving growth in the technology and consulting space.
What You'll Be Doing:
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
• Lead and execute the growth strategy for Europe, focusing on IP-led digital transformation services and solutions.
• Drive new business development, expanding Company’s client base by identifying and pursuing opportunities within key industries, including technology, financial services, healthcare, and more.
• Develop and implement an account growth strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets across the region, contributing to the company’s goal of growing twenty key clients to $50M/year by 2027.
• Identify and assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to shape Company’s market approach
and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging Company’s platforms and solutions to drive digital transformation for clients across various sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their transformation goals align with Company’s services.
• Lead client engagement efforts by ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the continuous expansion of service offerings.
• Oversee the management of strategic accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and maximizing client value through repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Partnerships & Alliances:
• Support partnerships with hyperscale’s (AWS, Azure, GCP) and other strategic technology partners to enhance Company’s offerings and drive co-sell opportunities.
• Leverage relationships with technology vendors and industry players to accelerate market penetration and enhance Company’s service portfolio.
Operational Oversight & Team Leadership:
• Collaborate with delivery and service teams to ensure operational excellence and successful delivery of client engagements, leveraging Company’s global delivery capabilities.
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on business development, account management, and client delivery for European market
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth, ensuring teams are aligned with corporate goals and market expectations.
Process Excellence & Execution:
• Implement efficient processes to manage sales cycles, client onboarding, and engagement delivery, ensuring operational excellence and optimal resource allocation.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales and delivery processes across the region, driving continuous improvement and scalability.
• Establish performance metrics and regularly review market performance, making data driven adjustments to Brand Development & Market Presence:
• Represent Company at key industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in Europe.
• Strengthen Company’s brand by building thought leadership and promoting the company’s IP-led solutions and success stories through media, industry publications, and speaking engagements.

Who you are:
• Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in leading large-scale market expansion efforts within the technology consulting or digital transformation space, with the ability to align business goals with regional growth objectives.
• Revenue Growth & Business Development: A strong track record of driving sales and business growth, particularly in selling complex solutions or services in cloud, AI, analytics, or related fields. Experience with high-growth, fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Client Relationship Management: Expertise in developing and managing senior-level client relationships, with a focus on driving long-term partnerships, delivering measurable value, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Partnership & Ecosystem Management: Proven success in building strategic alliances and partnerships with hyperscalers and technology vendors to drive market expansion.
• Team Leadership: Experience in leading and building high-performing sales and client facing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Operational Acumen: Strong ability to oversee operational processes, ensuring efficient and scalable delivery of services that meet both client and business needs.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of Europe & UK market dynamics, competitive landscape, and trends in digital transformation, cloud, and AI across key industries.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent Company effectively to clients, partners, and the broader market.
• Ability to interface and successfully influence multiple C-level executives within the customer organization.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills with an excellent work ethic and competitive drive
Education:
• MBA or Executive MBA from a Top Business school.
