You’ll need to have:
* Competency to produce programmes and sequence plans with minimal supervision.
* Intermediate software user; ability to provide schedule outputs in various formats to suit the audience/context.
* Established experience in the built environment and with projects.
* Understanding of different procurement routes and types and forms of contract.
* Basic understanding of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) stages.
* Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
* Ability to communicate & present to the project team on programme drivers, goals & issues, etc.
You’ll also have:
* Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
* Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes in the construct sector.
* Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
* Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
