About the Role - Responsible for Business Development and Account Management in a specified UK territory, specifically of Installers, Re-sellers, Distributors, Showrooms:
Responsibilities -
* Grass roots business development: using systematic research, calls, and meetings; build a client base for the long term.
* Account management of a specified territory; nurture relationship with accounts; present products, offer solutions, provide training, assistance, and quotations. Continued relationship development through maintaining close communications and understanding needs of the client. Manage expectations and implement targets and incentives for said accounts.
* Role requires regular driving and UK based travelling 3-4 days per week. 1-2 days office based as determined by management.
* Meet and exceed personal sales goal through accountability and methodology.
* Develop and implement an annual action plan for territory.
* Use of KPIs, CRM, and other accountability tools to measure performance.
* Report regularly to Country Manager and work together to strategize.
* Manage B2B personal budget to ensure profitability.
* Work with Management and Cross-Functional partners to:
* Create and maintain visual merchandizing and display tools required by B2B partners.
* Create and maintain sales, marketing, and other support tools for team and clients.
* Networking and events
* Hands on for after-sale management with partners, and taking the lead for customer brand experience.
* Work closely with Technical Manager and team to co-ordinate logistics and after-sales.
Qualifications -
University degree preferred. Selling to B2B / Wholesale channels experience preferred.
Full UK driving license is a necessity.
